Returns
The consumer have 30 days to return any product buyed on www.ultrajovem.pt, after the day he received the package.
Footwear must be in the same condition as when delivered. Adriano de Lima Freitas & Filhos, Lda does not accept returns sent to pay at addressee.

law and jurisdiction
In the event of disputes over these General Contract Conditions, will be applied Portuguese State. The competent jurisdiction will correspond to the courts in cases where it is a trader, a legal person under public law or a special body under public law.
